What every care plan includes
Your site connects into a central monitoring console that scans every 24 hours and reports anything needing attention. WordPress core updates, theme updates, plugin updates and security patches. Uptime is watched continuously: if the site goes down I am alerted within five minutes, usually before you notice.
Urgent issues. Site down, visibly broken, or compromised, are answered the same working day. Everything else gets two working days.
How it works
Before anything is connected we have a conversation about the state of your site, and I check a care plan is the right thing. If it’s not, I’ll say so and refund not take the money. Once payment clears I’ll arrange access. It usually takes under an hour of your time.
Support requests are tracked in our client portal, not an email thread, so you can see everything done on your site. Plans work on whatever hosting you already use. There’s no minimum term: cancel from your account area at any time and it stops at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Included support time doesn’t roll over, and work beyond that is charged at £45 an hour, always agreed with you first.
